Estes Park Registration #3013 Talk about your perfect vacation home ... this is it. This home is located on a hillside which lends itself to amazing views of the snow-capped mountains in Rocky Mountain National Park.
The Entire Home
The home is located around other homes but still with a lot of privacy. There is a deck where you can enjoy the views while grabbing a bite off the bbq. This home comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay perfect. There are 3 bedrooms which have a queen, a double and 2 single bunk beds. There is also a queen pullout for additional sleeping space. The house sleeps 8. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and wifi. There is a TV for movies but no cable or satellite. The dvd player is a blue-ray. There are 2 fireplaces to enjoy after a day of hiking or shopping along with a gas bbq for outdoor cooking. Sit on the deck in the morning with coffee or really anytime of day/night to enjoy the views and the wildlife. The Estes Park area has an abundance of wildlife including Elk, mule deer, fox, coyotes and bears -- enjoy from a distance. The house is located on the Mocassin Bypass near to town (within a few minutes). The hospital, ariel tramway, and Fun City amusement park all within walking distance. Come stay in this gem in Estes Park!
Number of People:
Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of people that can be at the home is 8. This includes guests and any visitors. Gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed. Please contact our office with any questions.
Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of vehicles that can be parked on the property at any time is 3. If this number is exceeded the town will issue a ticket starting at $1,000/ incident. Violating this policy could also affect our license to rent our home so we must strictly enforce this policy. No street parking is allowed at any time.
Respecting Our Neighbors:
Just like our vacation rental guest, our neighborhood is important to us. Most of the residents live here full-time. We want to do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay while respecting our neighbors.
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 10 pm and 9 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, you will likely receive a visit from the Estes Park police and a warning. They will also notify our office and we will reach out to see what we can do to improve the situation. If there is a second report of excessive noise, the Estes Park Police will issue a ticket with a fine and we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit and rental amount.
If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
DO NOT Trespass outside of the property lines. Please be aware of all “NO TRESPASSING” signs.
Please refrain from leaving trash out on the property. Estes Park has frequent winds that can blow trash into our neighbor’s yards.
Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible and meet our obligations to future guests.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including vaping and marijuana.
Guests can only smoke and vape outdoors 25 feet away from the building to ensure smoke does not drift back into the house.
Marijuana is not allowed on the property.
Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn.
Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in a $500 fine.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
