Surrounded by peaks of the Rockies, this beautiful, air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo sits right in the heart of Estes Park. The modern rustic character will set the perfect mood for a getaway of relaxing and unwinding. New carpet and LVP flooring just installed. A double car garage is an added advantage to this mountain, modern home. Parking is available for only 4 cars with this reservation.
The first room you enter is a large open-concept great room with a vaulted ceiling that frames the wooded area. A rustic stone gas fireplace can be enjoyed from every corner of this spacious room. There`s plenty of seating to cozy up to the fire or watch movies or football games on the large flat screen TV.
If you love to cook for a group, but hate feeling out of the mix, then you`ll love this open-concept kitchen. The kitchen and dining room flow easily through to the living room The dining table comfortably seats 8. Beautiful wood cabinetry with quartz countertops and natural stone accents throughout. Stainless steel appliances add to the sleek finish of this beautiful modern mountain kitchen. Appliances include a blender, toaster, coffee maker and crockpot. A Pack ‘n Play and booster chair are also included.
Down the hall from the kitchen you`ll find a convenient half bath and laundry. From the living room, you can walk out onto the back deck, sit in a rocker or grill up a feast. A propane grill is perfect for endless summer barbecues: where else can you enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching the wildlife pass through the area? Enjoy the upper firepit area and playground for the kids. New outdoor hot tub coming in Late July!
The Primary Bedroom is located on the main level and features a King bed and an elegant master bath, complete with double sinks and walk-in shower. On the second level there are two bedrooms. One bedroom features a Queen bed. The other bedroom features two bunk beds. A spacious Jack `n Jill bathroom with shower/tub join these two bedrooms
If you're looking for a location that can sleep up to 16 people for your perfect family reunion, we manage one other unit in the same condo complex. The other condo is: Bobcat Ridge - sleeps 8 people; please ask and see if it is available during the dates you would like.
All these units are a part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Be aware that you are among the locals who work and you will need to reduce all noise after 9 pm. Reserve your vacation at Bobcat today!
Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Thank you!

Number of People:
Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of people that can be at the home is 8. This includes guests and any visitors. Gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed. Please contact our office with any questions.
Parking:
Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of vehicles that can be parked on the property at any time is 3. If this number is exceeded the town will issue a ticket starting at $1,000/ incident. Violating this policy could also affect our license to rent our home so we must strictly enforce this policy. No street parking is allowed at any time.
Respecting Our Neighbors:
Just like our vacation rental guest, our neighborhood is important to us. Most of the residents live here full-time. We want to do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay while respecting our neighbors.
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 10 pm and 9 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, you will likely receive a visit from the Estes Park police and a warning. They will also notify our office and we will reach out to see what we can do to improve the situation. If there is a second report of excessive noise, the Estes Park Police will issue a ticket with a fine and we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit and rental amount.
If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
DO NOT Trespass outside of the property lines. Please be aware of all “NO TRESPASSING” signs.
Please refrain from leaving trash out on the property. Estes Park has frequent winds that can blow trash into our neighbor’s yards.
Smoking:
Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible and meet our obligations to future guests.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including vaping and marijuana.
Guests can only smoke and vape outdoors 25 feet away from the building to ensure smoke does not drift back into the house.
Marijuana is not allowed on the property.
Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn.
Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in a $500 fine.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property. Discovering guests have had a pet inside the property will result in a $500 fine.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
