Welcome to Range View Cabin! Located high on a hill, this custom crafted log home welcomes you with an inviting deck & majestic mountain views all around. With 3000 sf of living space, this home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a spacious master suite with walk in closet, open great room w/vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, 2 full size refrigerators pantry/laundry room with washer and dryer, cozy loft for reading and relaxing, plus a large family/entertainment room.

Space

All has been carefully furnished and decorated to create a unique and comfortable mountain retreat. There is plenty of room for your whole family to sleep: there is a king size bed in the upstairs master suite, two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor, a full size sleeper sofa in the lower level family room, and an inflatable full size mattress. One side of the 2 car garage is available to guests. (Note: the driveway is steep, but short.)

The property is located in a quiet mountain community frequented by wildlife, sitting on nearly 2 acres with amazing panoramic views all around. The private outdoor space offers a patio with gas grill, wraparound deck, comfortable dining set, and a variety of seating areas for enjoying the views. (An industrial area below the property produces some distant truck noise during the day, but is very quiet at night.) Looking to explore the area? This quiet retreat is only 7 minutes to RMNP, 10 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the YMCA of the Rockies!

You will find everything you need for indoor fun including WiFi, Roku TV, DVD and book libraries and games. Family friendly amenities include a pack n play, high chair, kid-friendly dishes & utensils, and a variety of children's books and games.

Enjoy unparalleled panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains and area including Long's Peak, Lumpy Ridge, the Continental Divide and the Stanley Hotel by day. When the sun sets, look for breathtaking views of the night sky from the deck - or even through the skylights!

Range View Cabin is located just moments from all the festivals, fairs, concerts, and special events the town of Estes Park has to offer, and is your basecamp to Rocky Mountain National Park, where your outdoor adventure awaits!

House Rules

Number of People:

Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of people that can be at the home is 8. This includes guests and any visitors. Gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed. Please contact our office with any questions.

Parking:

Per The Town of Estes Park Vacation Rental License, the maximum number of vehicles that can be parked on the property at any time is 3. If this number is exceeded the town will issue a ticket starting at $1,000/ incident. Violating this policy could also affect our license to rent our home so we must strictly enforce this policy. No street parking is allowed at any time.

Respecting Our Neighbors:

Just like our vacation rental guest, our neighborhood is important to us. Most of the residents live here full-time. We want to do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay while respecting our neighbors.
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 10 pm and 9 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep.
If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, you will likely receive a visit from the Estes Park police and a warning. They will also notify our office and we will reach out to see what we can do to improve the situation. If there is a second report of excessive noise, the Estes Park Police will issue a ticket with a fine and we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit and rental amount.
If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
DO NOT Trespass outside of the property lines. Please be aware of all “NO TRESPASSING” signs.
Please refrain from leaving trash out on the property. Estes Park has frequent winds that can blow trash into our neighbor’s yards.

Smoking:

Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible and meet our obligations to future guests.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including vaping and marijuana.
Guests can only smoke and vape outdoors 25 feet away from the building to ensure smoke does not drift back into the house.
Marijuana is not allowed on the property.
Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn.
Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in a $500 fine.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed on the property.
